What inspired your journey into acting, and how did that passion evolve into becoming a Naked News anchor?
I actually started at Naked News years ago as Andrea Sully. At the time, I was looking to enter the adult industry and follow in the footsteps of someone I admired Anna Nicole Smith. But shortly after, I met my husband. He was a partner at Deloitte and asked me to step away from the industry. Now that we’ve separated, I finally have the freedom to return to my passions and chase my dreams. I want to be known globally as a sex symbol and this is just the beginning.
What’s the most surprising thing you’ve learned about yourself doing on-camera news while partially or fully nude?
Honestly? I talk with my hands way too much! I’ve been working on dialing it back but maybe it actually helps my delivery. LOL.
As an actor, what roles have challenged you the most emotionally and how did you prepare for them?
Recently, I played a real estate agent, not a role I’d usually go for in a film that centred around the effects of cancer. We even used promo materials from a foundation called “Rock of Love.” Cancer has impacted my life deeply. I’ve lost both my biological and adoptive fathers to it. So that role was especially close to my heart.
How do you balance the vulnerability of performing nude with the discipline required for professional news delivery?
It’s a constant balancing act. But at Naked News, our stories are real. And I truly believe that if you’re going to watch the news, why not watch a beautiful woman owning her autonomy while delivering it?
What skills overlap between acting and anchoring Naked News does improv, timing, or audience engagement come into play?
All of it overlaps! Reading a teleprompter is one thing but making the delivery your own is what brings a story to life.
In Toronto’s media and arts scene, how do you carve out space for authenticity and bold performance?
Toronto’s industry may be small compared to the U.S., but it’s deeply collaborative. We all support one another from design to fashion shows to media projects. It’s a community that allows everyone to shine.

Social media curates a version of you. How do you manage the tension between personal identity and public persona?
There’s no real difference. What you see is what you get. My personality is colourful, bold, and real. I think my socials reflect that honestly.
Your Instagram reflects a strong sense of confidence. What message do you hope followers, especially women, take from your feed?
I want women to know they can be whatever the hell they want. Society constantly tries to pit us against one another but one woman’s beauty doesn’t take away from another’s. There’s room for all of us to be fabulous. Let’s uplift one another and stand strong together.
Has working with Naked News shifted the way you approach auditions, self-presentation, or confidence in your acting career?
Absolutely. Naked News has made me more confident and helped me fully accept my body. The support from my team, producers, editors, camera crew, and fellow anchors is incredible. When I’m down, someone always lifts me up. It feels like home.
Do you encounter misconceptions or stigma due to your Naked News role? How do you address or challenge them?
I did. Mostly from my soon-to-be ex-husband. But that’s why he’s an ex. LOL. Otherwise, the support online has been overwhelming in the best way. I feel truly loved and accepted.

When you wake up in Toronto, what’s your first move? coffee, script review, gym, or scrolling through messages?
Definitely coffee! Then a protein shake before hitting the gym or heading to the Naked News studio.
For actors trying to break in, what’s the one tool or mindset that recently made a big difference for you?
Believe in your dreams and separate yourself from anyone who doesn’t. The people who love you will support your journey, no matter how big your dreams are.
What was the most memorable story you’ve ever covered on Naked News, and what made it stand out?
Not a story, but a segment! Years ago, when I was still Andrea Sully, we did an IKEA furniture challenge. I was literally trying to bite a dowel out of the wood at one point because I had no clue what I was doing but I was so confident that I did! It was hilarious watching us struggle and still thinking we nailed it.
What’s your self-care formula after a long shoot or tense performance – sound baths, comfort food, or maybe a full pizza night?
A hot shower with dry brushing, followed by moisturiser, clean sheets, and a small glass of dry white wine. That’s my ideal wind-down routine.

Naked News blends information and entertainment. How do you decide where to blur those lines?
Most of us also perform on Tempted.com or OnlyFans. I offer nude art history classes on Tempted and spend time engaging with subscribers on OnlyFans. I also do custom videos but what happens there is private. It’s our little secret.
What would you like to explore next? Directing, writing, producing, or something completely outside media?
I’m actually directing my first girl-on-girl scene soon. I’ve never filmed with another performer before, so this will be my first time and I’m directing it myself! It’ll be available on both OnlyFans and Tempted.
Is there a moment from your childhood in Toronto that still makes you laugh or shapes how you show up today?
My favourite memory is my dad taking me to the Nutcracker ballet during the holidays. I still love going to the ballet. It’s something that’s stayed with me.
What’s the boldest move you’ve made in your career and how did it pay off?
Auditioning for Naked News without a doubt. It changed everything. Even after years away, my producer Lucas welcomed me back with open arms. He’s helped me chase my dreams and supported other projects too. Naked News is my home.
What are some of your other hobbies?
Baking, painting, sewing… and if it counts, shopping and going to the spa!
Your message for our team at CiiN Magazine.
Thank you so much for this opportunity! It’s been a true pleasure to share my life, work, memories, and passions. This means the world to me!
