Tell us more about yourself?
Well, I’m a Bahraini citizen from Al Muharraq, that’s where I was born and raised. I have done a lot in my life. I went through a lot of different fields but the main has always been modeling and sports. I’m committed to sports and have been an athlete since I have been a kid.
Tell us about your education.
I have completed my A-Levels and learned and studied level two and three in personal training (science and health). I speak three languages. I have learned Urdu and soon I’m going to start to learn Danish during the next two years.
Your fondest childhood memories.
well I have always been adventurous trying different things. I became independent at the age of 16 starting with small jobs. I was assigned for a football professional team for women in Bahrain and I also participated in various marathons (of course won them al!l ha..ha..).
You are a fitness trainer and an advocate of fitness. How did it all happen?
Like I mentioned earlier I think it runs in the family. My mother used to be a gymnastic and my brother is 16 years old and he is doing pretty well in soccer team. So, yeah I think it definitely runs n the family. My dad used to make me do sports. We used to train in an old school way in the house, have raw eggs and all that until I thought that I am good in sports and how about I study sports and science and ever then I have been unstoppable. So far, I have done soccer, long jumping, sprint running, Spartan, boxer (JD boxer). I have been an ambassador of Fitness-First Bahrain and Max Muscles supplements.
How did you get interested in modelling?
I started it when I was 20 /21 you go through a lot of categories if u are independent and for me I like challenges I got denied and rejected so many times because during those days they had different requirements for models but one day I was simply seeking for part time jobs my friend said hey u know how to ramp walk we need models and you are fit and all that I remember it was a fashion show I’m gulf hotel one of the designers was Khalida bin Rajab I did good and I was like ok this sounds interesting I walked in front of like let’s say maybe 200 people like pro. And it escalated from there.
How would you describe yourself best in a sentence?
Strong and always positive.
What’s your favourite healthy food?
Chicken breast with broccoli and mashed potato.
And what’s your favourite cheat food?
Pizza or traditional Swedish meatballs
What is your current workout routine?
I follow upper/lower split training and one day cardio. I train 5/6 days and take one day of rest.
Why did you move to Copenhagen?
To expand my modeling career and face new challenges. Also to reunite with my better half (let’s keep it a surprise). I don’t want to ruin it ha…ha…
What is the number 1 philosophy you live by?
Do good and good will happen to you. I highly believe in karma and to be humble.
What’s your greatest achievement so far?
My greatest achievement so far was completing my personal trainer course and becoming independent without any financial support from my family and that I had traveled around the world embracing different cultures and traditions which made me learn many new things.
What’s your favourite quote?
Thoughts becomes things. If you see it in your mind, you will hold it in your hand.
How do you handle set backs & bad days?
Well I take breaks and admit how I feel and why I feel in that way. I face and accept what I can’t change. My loved ones, friends and family have been very supportive and I usually ask them and seek for advice. I detach myself from social media for a while so I can think clearly.
What are your future plans?
Explore the world. Learn different languages. Be a successful model in Europe.
What 3 tips would you give to any woman wanting to get a feminine physique like yours?
Eat good, cut off soda and train at least thrice a week.
